I'm not on board to make demands, deliver threats, enforce deadlines, apply pressure, intimidate, spy, or be in your HR org chart. If you're looking for these things we are probably not a good fit.
As a fractional leader I can help out for 20-30 hours per month with a monthly retainer. No long term commitments, salary, or company benefits required.
